I recently stayed at this hotel for Rs 7000+ per night, and the experience fell short of expectations. The lack of clear directions, narrow access routes, and distant location from the main market make reaching the hotel a challenge, particularly during the year-end rush. The absence of nearby dining options compounds the issue, as going out for dinner becomes an arduous task due to heavy Ooty evening traffic. The challenging terrain rules out walking to eateries. The hotel's dining facilities disappoint as well. The food quality is subpar, leading to upset stomachs. The cafeteria staff lacks professionalism, and hygiene standards are notably inadequate, with old and unclean plates and cutlery. In conclusion, given the high cost, the hotel fails to provide a satisfactory stay. Management should address these issues promptly to improve the guest experience and justify their premium rates.

The room and location were fine. The service was not bad. However, the complimentary breakfast was below average. They only served idli for all three breakfasts. The second day’s idli, sambar, and chutney were from the previous day. The breakfast was not buffet. The idli was served as if they were doing a favour. Had to order coffee and tea separately.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room & toilet were spacious, clean & neat. Had a pleasant mountain view from room. Staffs were polite & good. Only disappointment was breakfast with less & same items (idly & rava semiya or idly & upma) but food tasted excellent esp loved the sambar.

I spent a night at this place with my wife during our bike trip. My wife liked this place & especially liked the view. The staff are very polite and friendly, and even helped me after our stay. As for food, it's limited, yes. But they are good.

We enjoy our stay for treebo light house, Rooms and toilets both have very clean and excellent, location also very much beautiful.. I refer my all friends and families for choosing Treebo for the wonderfull stay.. Thanku Treebo trend light house ❤️

This establishment, which is not exactly a hotel and does not use that name, gives the impression of a lodge rather than a traditional hotel. However, finding the way to the property can be challenging, especially for less experienced drivers who are travelling in their own cars. Breakfast options are limited, typically only offering one or two choices, and guests are required to place their used utensils in a designated area. Staffing levels are low and the property does not appear to be well-managed. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this establishment as it did not meet my expectations for the price paid. For this property and location 2K is also not worth trust me.

We did not have a pleasant stay at this property. It was far away from the main road. Rooms were not clean, the bathroom was too small to take a proper shower, bed sheets were not clean. Rooms were expensive too when compared with other similar properties. Not recommended.
